Device Library is corrupted

Seen this discussed before but not on a recent update. I have all my music stored on one drive, and then I have a back up drive that I update every month but I don't think the files on there are set up on rekordbox i just copy/paste them over. I can still play the music from windows media player when i click on the file, do I need to wipe the whole thing? Bit confused
