DDJ-SZ USB port A problem

Hi Guys,

I'm having trouble connecting my DDJ-SZ to my MacBook pro using the USB port A. The controller recognise that it has been connected to a source, but I'm not able to control Serato and I can't play anything from the unit. I have tried to change cable and bypassing the panel and go directly from the unit to the MacBook but without luck.

USB port B has no problem connecting and is playing/controlling without issues.

Current system info:

Serato 2.20 (with the installed audiodriver)

MacBook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.06
