Itunes & rekordbox
Hello, my son started today with Recordbox together with DDJ. 400, he used the family icloud account and also Itunes. The message in Rekordbox is: The music can(t not playing. File format is not supported by rekordbox.
What is the solution?

It is probably just that, the format is not supported or DRM from older tracks. Make sure the files are ALAC, FLAC, WAV, AIFF MP3, AAC so as to use from iTunes for the 400.
Hello, the files have AAC, is there a other problem ?
@Axl > Are those files located in the Apple Music (streaming) section? You can only import / play songs which are either purchased / downloaded / local files.
im having a similar problem , im using apple music and itunes and it says the files are not supported , been looking for a solution for 6 hours now and still nothing.... would be a masssive help if you knew the solution
