DDJ RX sample capture issue

Hello there,

Firstly, I've done an extensive search on this but can't seem to find anyone with a similar issue. The problem I'm facing is that when capturing a sample and assigning it to a performance pad, the playback seems to just be a high pitch sound throughout, rather than the segment of the track.

I've tweaked the settings and tried different things but no joy. Any ideas?
