Today you can chose MyTag "Match any of the item" and "Match all of the items", but how about "Match a specific tag"?

If I tag a bunch of tracks "Happy" but they are tagged with other moods and Venues, Styles etc. I want all tags that are tagged "Happy" not tracks that are tagged the same or similar.
