If you have previously registered / activated a rekordbox license, you can retrieve it by logging-in to your pioneerdj.com account and you can find it under your profile.
If you have lost the black license card that shipped with your product, please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
