DDJ-SR2 ERROR COMUNICATING WITH DEVICE WINDOWS 7
I FOLLOWED STEP BY STEP ALL THE INSTRUCCTION ABOUT INSTALLING THE DRIVERS AND IT WONT CONNECT TO THE CONTROLLER. I UNINSTALL SERATO THE DRIVERS AND RE-INSTALLED EVERYTHING AGAIN AND STILL NOT ABLE TO. I HAD DDJ-ERGO RUNNING WITH SERATO DJ BEFORE AND HAD NO ISSUSE. HELP PLEASE

Please fix this bug, I am having the same problems. I contacted Pioneer and Serato and they both told me the same thing to troubleshooting the situation but it still pops up saying Error Communicating with Device. PLEASE FIX
Please ensure that you're using the provided DC power adaptor, and try a different USB cable / port, or even a different computer. Remove any other non-required USB devices while testing.
