Since I've updated Serato DJ Intro to Serato DJ (6 months) the left deck of my DDJ SB freezes all the time when a song is playing. Only when I press the trackpad mouse over the waveform line the song starts to playing again. But then, almost all the songs loadead on the left deck do this same issue and always with the left deck. Never the right one. I've tried everything: check corrupted files, update firmware and Serato DJ, bought a safe and new usb cable, tried the other usb port, disabled wifi and other apps when Serato DJ is on, etc. This is really embarassing.
I use a Macbook Pro (Early 2011),

Try the SB with a different computer, if the problem persists, it's the controller. If not, it's possibly your computer.
If it turns out the controller has an issue, please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your DDJ serviced.
Update: I downloaded the Rekordbox and the same issue happened. Only on the left deck. I'm assuming something is wrong with the DDJ SB.
