Hi I'm trying to figure out how I can use my XDJ-RX as my external soundcard for my Macbook and use the microphone input on the unit to record into Logic Pro (or any other DAW) 

As you can see from the screenshot below the Audio MIDI Setup only states that the XDJ has 4 outputs and no inputs. 

Does anyone know how I can route this up so that I can record into a digital audio workstation?

As you have discovered, the XDJ-RX does not feature any inputs and thus can't record the mic into software through its own audio interface. You would need to use another audio interface to record the mic.
