Beat loop adjust the in point to the right..

Hi...

I wondered if anyone knew how to achieve this..

So, let's say I have a 4 beat loop running..

Now I wanna halve the loop to two beats, BUT not shorten the loop to the left, but shorten it towards the right (effectively move the "IN" point two beats forward, not move the "OUT" point two beats backwards which is what normally happens.).

I know I can manually do this using the platter, but I want it to snap, just like it does using the beat loop buttons (but moving the in point to the right, instead of the out point to the right).

Does this make sense??

If yo know what I'm on about, do yo know how I can achieve this?
