Jog Wheel / Platter Problem on XDJ-RX

Hi. 

I purchased XDJ-RX back in July, mainly using in the studio and couple gigs. 

However, recently (like two days ago) Deck 2 (the deck on the right) jog wheel and the platter stopped working. 

I am unable to search through using platter, scratch function on vinyl mode does not work, nor bpm control using jog wheel. 

My deck 1 is just fine by the way. (I recently did not have any gigs, mainly used in the studio) 

I want to ship this to the factory to get that checked out and repaired, how can i do that? or is there any easy way I can fix this problems?

@Kevin > Is it on the unit itself or when used in conjunction with software?

I’m having a similar problem with my XDJ-RX but only the platter doesn’t work on both decks.
I have a link below for a visual of what’s going on with my decks.

I’ve had this controller for about a year and a half and have never had a problem until now.

@Allen > Try moving the unit to a different electrical circuit and check that your unit firmware is up to date.
