My Tags do not update to comments automatically when using iTunes library

My My Tags do not update to comments automatically when using iTunes library. If I do it in the RB collection, it'll update automatically. I have to turn off/on sending My Tags to comments in order for it to "sync".

Also, if my tags don't look right and I update my tags in RB collection, my comments will overwrite immediately, wiping out all info in comments.

(But I kind of get this though. it basically writes the comments in real time in plain text with whatever My Tags has. It doesn't use some kind of a database to retrieve the information before writing)
