Rekorbox issue with soundcloud go+

I have been trying to use soundcloud go+ using rekorbox but everytime I sign in the software says "Fix your internet environment and try again" although my windows and antivirus is allowing to connect to the internet. I scanned my computer just in case but there seems to be no issue. I also got a creative subscription thinking the free version would not allow soundcloud but it is still not working.
