load fails of 350 to 2000

hello i'm Thimo Baum known as DJTremo. I'm going to a dj cafe every first friday of a month but i'm having some fails on loading with my usb. if i put my usb in the 2000 it works but when i try to link it to the 350 the 350 doesnt read my usb it also cant load the tracks if i put my usb solo in the 350. does someone knows the problem because i cant do a set with that problem. ( please if you read this comment because i only have 1 week left before im going to the cafe)
