Difficulty in Hot Cue to play with dual deck.

I'm having a hard time and hope you can help me?

I'm working with the DDJ-RZX controller and rekordbox DJ, I'm playing with the 4 Decks. When I use decks 3 and 1 for example I mark the Hot Cue points on the pads, but when I press the hot cue pad only one deck responds. I wanted the same command to be for the two decks (3 and 1 for example).

Is there any configuration in rekordbox or controller that I can get the pad (Hot Cue) to activate the two decks at the same time? Thanks in advance!
