Can`t load track on deck in mac

Hi

I've installed Rekordbox 6 on a Macbook Pro and when I drag and drop a track onto a deck it won't load it even though the track has been analysed. If I hit play the track will play but the deck continues to say not loaded. I have uninstalled and re-installed 5 times and have deleted my whole collection.

Any ideas??

Did you have version 5 before and did you back up your library?

Yes I had briefly installed version 5 and uplloaded 1000 tracks but software kept blocking / bugging so i unsinstaled and installed version 6.

same thing is happening its blocking / bugging and so have to force quit when I want to close the program
