If you have both a DDJ-1000, and a DJM-V10 connected to Rekordbox, the mixer on the DDJ-1000 is disabled, and the V10 takes it's place, and Rekordbox natively maps the DDJ-1000 as decks 1-4 on the DJM-V10. 

Is this also the same for the DJM-A9?
