Sound delay on DDJ-SB2

Hi,
I am very new on this.

I am using a Pioneer DDJ-SB2 with Serato DJ Lite software.

I try to mix some songs but the delay is awful. I hear the sound on my headsets before it goes through the speaker. I have tried to adjust the latency but nothing worked.

Any idea?

PS: I am not using Traktor as the installation fails (I am working on that too).

Are you possibly connecting the output to a home stereo receiver? Anything like that with audio processing can cause a delay in the signal output to the speakers. If this is the case, please see if your unit has a direct mode to bypass the processing.

I am connecting the output to a Ultimate Ears BOOM 2 (https://www.ultimateears.com/en-us/wireless-speakers/boom-2.html). Do you think the problem could be there? If so, how could I solve it? With other speakers?

Sorry, I'm not sure - you could ask them, but I pretty much guarantee it's not something within your system or Serato causing a delay between the headphones and the master output, it is 99% likely to be the speakers.
