Rekordbox display not scrolling using a DDJ-RZ

I installed Rekordbox 4 on my HP ENVY Laptop -17 inch, I5 quad cpu, 8Gb RAM- After updating to the latest non-beta version AND updating the firmware on the RZ, I ran into my problem.
Functionally, the controller is fine, but I cannot see the wave-forms move when I play a song (all modes), I also cannot see the time count up or down as the song plays. The waveform and time DO move when I move/resize the Library window. I did throw in my entire music collection - over 24,000 songs, but Rekordbox did finish analyzing them.......HELP!

I'll get you to file an inquiry ticket here as it looks like things are rendering properly, but as you say, it freezes -- our rekordbox support team will gather some additional information to help you troubleshoot this. Thanks.

I ended up switching laptops to an MSI Gaming rig with a quad-core I-7 with 16 Gb Ram, a 1Tb internal Hard Disk, an NVIDIA GetForce GTS 960M graphics card (latest drivers as of August 2017) and a Glyph 2Tb external Hard disk (All my music and rekordbox collection files live there)........I will post a screenshot tomorrow, but I have exactly the same problem with the same conditions - when I move my mouse the display moves then immediately stops.
I couldn't wait, so I got it tonight -
