New tracks don't show up at the top when organized by "Date Added."

When I select a directory in Explorer on the left pane, the new tracks I added don't show up at the top of the list when I sort by Date Added. Do I need to manually Analyze Tracks in order for it to "know" the date added? I also have Auto Analyze on which doesn't seem to do anything. Is there a delay?

I would assume it works instantly where it shows all files in the directory and you can easily sort by Date Added.
