Driver issues RZX
When I purchased an RZX controller a few months ago the password keys to allow the use of Rekordbox video and the dvs system came stuck together and when I pulled them apart the codes wer stuck and unreadable. I have been trying to get new codes for my device but i have no idea who to call?

@ROASTA > Did you ever activate them in the first place? If so, you can find them within your PioneerDJ user account; just click into your profile and you'll see them listed.
If you did not activate them, please file an inquiry ticket here and provide our support team with a copy of your purchase receipt plus a photo of the serial number from the back of the RZX, and they'll get you sorted.
