Pioneer XDJ-R1 Hot Cue stuck
Hi,
I just bought an XDJ-R1 and the first couple of days it worked perfectly.
But then all of a sudden the Hot Cues at the deck 2 side were stuck.
Its's stuck in 4 beat sampler mode.
If I try to change to Hot Cue function, nothing happens.
Tracks automatically start playing at deck 2, can't turn them off. Cue and play button also don't work.
Can somebody tell me what the problem might be?

Our XDJ product engineers feel that this is likely due to a hardware issue; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your R1 inspected and/or serviced.
Is it the same when using a CD or USB source?
Do any of the other controls for deck 2 function as expected?
Hi,
The problems occur using CD source aswell using USB source. I have not tried MIDI source yet. Will try tomorrow.
Deck 2 works fine except Cue button, play button, hot cue/4 beat sampler mode and hot cues a b and c.
So the jog wheel and the FX like echo are still working.
