Track Time Elapse & Gater Effect

Hi

I've asked for these to be added in the past but heard nothing....

Perosnally I don't ANY DJ that has their track time counting up, It's got to be  simple implementation to have the track time set to elapse by default. Its annoying to have to keep setting parts of UI up everything you oopen RBDJ.

also add a gater to the effect list please.
