Rekordbox data doesn't transfer to USB

I export playlist from Rekordbox to USB but I get a message on CDJ2000 saying no rekordbox data' and it doesn't recognise the Rekordbox data on the USB. The tracks load fine but I do not get my playlist in order which is a massive pain and iv've come unstuck multiple times in the clubs and in the Radio studio. I only get the artists to scroll through in alphabetical order, there are no cue points and no BPM. I have tried multiple USB sticks and different CDJ's in various locations but always the same.. it must be a software issue or settings, it's driving me crazy and I need to get this sorted ASAP. PLEASE PLEASE can somebody help.
