rekordbox recording issue

I have recently began recording using rekordbox via USB from a djm 2000. 2 cdj2000

the 2 times I have recorded they start out fine but than shortly into the recoding (13min in one, 9 minutes in the other) the recording turns to a static for the rest of the recording,you can barely make out that the sound is music. both recordings are just under 1 hour long.

I had the usb direct from djm to my laptop, and also had laptop, players and djm connected by ethernet. I tried both using usb, and using rekordbox on my laptop for my source music
