XDJ-XZ SOUND Problem

Hello, I made a recording of the sound problem. It's as if the recording was bad.

There is a rustle and a hiss. Rekordbox in Performance mode.

Same issue when I used MS Surface Pro 7. Then I switch my old notebook and sound was good. 

I tried reinstall Surface pro, but nothing helped. Looks like Surface pro is not good for XDJ XZ sound card.
