Rekordbox DJ - how to save recordings to same album folder
Every time I record a mix in Rekordbox DJ, it will automatically save it to a brand new album folder, even when I title it the same as a previous folder name. I like to record my practice sessions often and sometimes at the end of a session I'll have like 5 folders for all these recordings that I then have to go back and copy/paste into a single "practice album" folder.
What is even the point of the Track: 1/1 section if every single recording is in its own album/folder? Is there any workaround for this? If not, I would like to suggest the option to save multiple mixes to the same folder.

Made an account just to bump this.
I have the exact same problem, and it makes absolutely 0 sense that it works this way. Hopefully we can attract attention to this and get it fixed, because it's incredibly frustrating re-organizing my files every time I record a mix.
Also have the same issue. Very Annoying.
Can't seem to find a setting or something to fix this
I guess the Track 1/1 thing is because there is an option to create separate audio files a silence of more than X seconds is detected (disabled option by default)*. But I understand they don't offer the option to use the same album for different recording sessions.
* [Preferences] window > [Controller] tab > [Recordings] tab
If anyone want to support the suggestion, I've opened one for creating folders for single track recording sessions:
