XDJ-RX2 - Sporadically USB Issues

Hello all,

I have some sporadically problems with USB-Sticks on my XDJ-RX2 (April 2019).

1. Lost Hot-Cues: From time to time it appears, that especially one song ("Eins, Zwei - Ummit Ozcan") will not get loaded correctly. In this case it mostly lose the first one or two hot-cue-points (from 6/8. I don´t know ecactly..). Sometimes without any hot-cue-points. 

2. Sandclock Issue: The controller "half freeze" with some Intenso Ultra Line 128GB USB-Sticks after working correctly before. In this case, there is the loading sandclock when i go into the browser. This happens also, when i use my SanDisk Extreme Go 128GB Sricks on USB-Port 2 for playing and recording at the same time. In case of the Intenso Sticks, i am only able to pull out the stick. In case of the SanDisk Sticks and when i do nothing else with the controller, it will work after 10-20 seconds.

3.  When i record my mix over the usb-port (doesn't matter if i play over the stick at the same time or if i play over usb-port 1 with another Stick), anytime in the mix, the song first jumps hearable forward and after a few seconds jumps backward to a point between the two points (strange to tell, sorry). This makes any records useless for me!

The Sticks i use are all 128GB, USB 3 and formnatted to FAT32. My controller is on the newest Firmware.

Are those issues common, known issues? Are this solveable for me (for example: with changing the usb-sticks -> Size, format, type, brand etc. / with any setting in the controller)? Do i have to send it in for repair?
