Rekordbox wont learn midi (Tracktor kontrol X1 Mk1)
Having trouble getting my Tracktor kontrol X1 Mk1 to link to my rekordbox to control effects.
when i connect the x1 and click midi on RB it says connected device "traktor kontrol X1 - 1 MIDI input port 0"
when i try to add functions - "gain" for example, i then click "learn" and turn the relevant knob on the Kontrol X1 but nothing happens
my controller works fine with Traktor app.
ive used this controller before with rekordbox ages ago but cant work out what im doing wrong now....

Do you have a rekordbox subscription or compatible hardware unlock device?
Hi, the same issue here. My CDJ 3000 is connected to Rekordbox, which is a hardware unlock, but the MIDI button is disabled. I tried with 2 different Traktor X1 mk2 and Novation Launchkeys, even on different computer, but nothing changed. I was able to use X1 as midi controller with my own mapping last time on april. The only changes on my setup are updated system to macOS Ventura and Rekordbox 6.8. Any ideas?
