Suggestion: another purpose for ribbon
I have to say that I haven't found much use for the needle drop -function, so here's a suggestion for the software developers. While track is playing, wouldn't it be cool to be able to ZOOM IN the waveform by using the ribbon controller? A ribbon is the perfect controller for zooming function instead of any buttons. Being able to see more closely when the beat starts would be very useful feature for DJs. Traktor has a very good visual representation of the track playing, and CDJs could come very close with this feature.
