XDJ-R1 freeze with traktor

Hi everyone,

it seems to be a nightmare for me when sometimes the xdj r1 freeze playing with traktor.

I can play for 2 ou 3 sessions and anything happens and in the next second it could freeze. The music continous playing but any button on traktor works. I have to switch off the usb cable and connect it again to restart and it`s horrible when you have people dancing...

In have the latest firmware 1.13 on xdj and a macbook pro with a ssd disk. The traktor is 2.10 version and tsi file is the official from pioneer.

The problem is not the cable, i tested with a new one.

Need help pleaaaase...
