Issue with DDJ ERGO and Traktor (Win)

Hi! I've already readed some posts in here about many problemas and so but I don't find solution for this:

I have DDJERGO V and Traktor Scratch Pro 2.1.2

I have already downloaded and installed (from http://www.pioneer.eu/es/support/software/DDJ-ERGO-V/index.html)

- 1.2 Firmware for Windows

- 1.1 Driver for Windows

- Traktor config TSI file (already imported following instructions on the page)

I've also followed steps detalied on this video (same for Windows, I know is for Mac but my config Traktor for Windows is exactly the same):

Aaaaaaand it does not work. Any button I press on my Ergo does anything on Traktor. Even the Ergo seems not to recognize any Dj software as it "seleeps" while I connect it to the PC and run Tracktor, Ergo does not recognise Traktor but Traktor DOES recognise Ergo as I can select it on the confi (and if I run Traktor with ERGO off, it advises me ERGO is not connected)

Any idea/suggestion/etc...?

I can post any photo of any Traktor config screen but I think I followed correctly the steps needed to connect both.
