DDJ 1000 Beat Loop / Cue point Issue on Deck A

Hello,

I have the DDJ-1000 for about a year. However just recently, I'm experiencing an issue with the 'beat loop' buttons on the top left and the top right corners of the decks (respectfully).  More specifically the 'in' and 'out' buttons on deck A only.  Normally i can activate a 4 bar loop clicking in and out, but as soon as i do that on deck A, the track starts over and highlights the track on the screen? I have a video i can send so you can see. Let  me know what else you need from me to get this fixed.  Deck B works just fine so not sure!
