XDJ 700 some problems - URGENT

 
 
When will a new firmware come out for XDJ 700?
I'm using 1.13
But, I have problems with DJs who use it.
The DJs complain to me:
XDJ 700 goes into emergency loop
Sometimes pitch changes in music without pushing the button
I have problems with this, because I rent to events.
I use a DJM 900 nexus mixer and the 2 XDJ 700

@Edson > It's more likely that the issue is a bad USB drive or the ethernet link between players.

As for the pitch, that's likely related to improper analysis; either a song with a "live" drummer (and a wandering tempo) was analysed in NORMAL mode, or a song with an electronic percussion track was analysed in DYNAMIC mode.

Hello, thanks for the quick return!
Let me tell you.
DJs using the XDJ 700 also play CDJ 2000 nexus, 
DDJ-RX with the same USB drive.
They tell me, that only happens with the XDJ 700.
The CDJ 2000 and 2000 nexus do not have these problems.

The XDJ-700 does not use the same USB host chipset as the CDJ family, and thus some USB drives can exhibit different performance traits than when used on a CDJ. Please try with a different USB drive.
