Big Sur problems with latest 3.0.0 drivers

Really nice to see the 3.0.0 driver update drop today - and finally a set of drivers that install successfully!  Unfortunately I must report after only 20 mins of playing on Rekordbox 6.5.0 problems set in.

- Audio started stalling and stuttering until it eventually became a continuous mixed up stutter and I had to stop playback.

- Audio playback stops for 0.5 sec regularly when not stuttering.

- the progress hand on the OLED displays on my DDJ 800 go fast then slow and stutter, unrelated to audio sound problems.

Only fully closing and powering off the controller does it return to normal playback and then the stutter creeps in again until it's unusable again.

I really feel for you guys that Apple made such extreme changes to how drivers work in Big Sur, but still much work required here as you are definitely not Big Sur compatible yet.  My Pioneer equipment is still unusable :(

Happy to help test and debug, it looks like you need good testers in the wild to help validate.
