LICENSE ERROR CODE 19

Hello,
I have purchased the ddj-400 with the license bundle from an authorized dealer.

The license was working fine on one computer, but when i tried to use the license on another computer, error code 19 popped up. I deactivated the license on the original pc thinking maybe it would fix the issue but it did not.

Now i am unable to activate the license on either computers, when i try to enter the license key, error code 19 is shown. i am unable to use my controller now.

i still have the original license key provided with my purchase.

how can i fix this??
