DDJ-T1 : Issues with controller and song cue issues

Hi there ... i've been having some issues with the DDJ-T1 controller. Each time when I load a song into either decks, when I hit play the song would cue would jump into the middle portion of the song and I cannot re-cue the song to it's original point. The glitch seems to happen even without me hitting the play button. The cue point would jump to the a different portion on it's own.

Each time when it happens, I will have to restart the Traktor software and the controller. The problem will be solved but eventually it will occur again.

Please advise what seems to be the problem
