iPhone to PC connection error

Hello.

I am trying to connect my iPhone6 Plus to my Windows 10 PC. This used to work before I updated to the newest version or it is because I am on a new router that wont allow the connection. The error I am getting is "No mobile device was found. Please confirm WiFi settings"

I have tried the following.

-Both device reboots

-2.4 & 5ghz networks

-Re-Installed App on phone

Is there anything on a router that can cause this issue?
