ddj 1000 rekordbox modalità utility

I would like to enter the utility mode of my ddj 1000 rekordbox, doing the shift + play procedure the small display shows me that I am in that mode but it won't let me scroll through the menu, on youtube I saw the same procedure on a srt and I see that the cue key lights up but not in mine, I also tried on an 800 and it gives me the same problem, I wonder if there is some other maneuver I have to do thanks

vorrei entrare nella modalità utility della mia ddj 1000 rekordbox, facendo la procedura shift + play il piccolo display mi mostra che sono in quella modalità ma non mi lascia scorrere il menu, su youtube ho visto la stessa procedura su una srt e vedo che anche il tasto cue si illumina ma non nella mia, ho provato anche su una 800 e mi da lo stesso problema, mi chiedo se c'è qualche altra manovra che devo fare grazie
