Selector knob not responding DDJ-400

When I push the selector knob to choose a playlist and enter it does what it needs to do. I can then select a track and load it. But then if I push it again to choose another playlist it doesn't respond anymore. I tried the same controller on another computer (with the same version of rekordbox) and it works fine. I tried another ddj-400 on this computer and it has the same problem so the issue is within the software/computer. Any help or fix? It's very frustrating and uncomfortable to use the mouse or trackpad to go to the playlist-area...
