XDJ 700 qwerty search not working

Hello, I bought some new XDJs but the qwerty search is not working. 

I have the latest firmware and when I press and hold the Browse/ Search button it blinks once but nothing happens after.

I don't use Rekordbox, it's a fat32 format usb stick with music on it.

Any suggestions what can I do?
