Usb drives, export mode and performance mode: which method is the fastest ?
I've always been using export mode, but recently it became really slow. I was wondering which method is the fastest to "serve" the library to my xdj-1000mk2 players. Any experiences ?

Well, the difference is that export mode turns rekordbox into an intelligent drive for use with the XDJs where the work is done in the players themselves, whereas performance mode turns your XDJs into controllers for the software. It really depends on what your needs and intended use are.
Thanks for the reply, I don't need anything fancy. I don't use performance at all, and I avoid screens while I'm playing. My priority is just to load the track as fast as possible. I play with xdj's and djm450 but I also own a ddj-rr and when I play with the controller tracks load almost instantly. Plus together with usb drives, export mode and performance mode there's export mode with usb cable - am I right ?
I'll start disabling the Hot Cue Auto Load
