Toraiz Squid: CC Mode features request

Sometimes some  kind of synchronization is needed between Control Change and note triggers. Would be very helpful to have a reminder of the triggered notes (from trigger mode/page) on the CC page. These trigered step from Trigger mode would be in dim light (and steps with no data unlighted).

Especially in live mode when you don't wanna switch too much between pages.

Another requests: make a funcion that can disable the CC preview like the one for Step preview.
