Some major issues were fixed in this test version thanks to the reports from many customers.

Fixes:

• When importing folders, the tree view location is randomly moved and the location is not saved when rekordbox is restarted. (#10607)
• Playlists edited in the playlist palette are not saved when rekordbox is restarted. (#12434/11984)
• Shortcut edited in rekordbox are not saved when rekordbox is restarted. (#12434)
• When creating a playlist in a folder in the tree view, the folder is not expanded and the playlist collapses.
