DDJ 400 Crossfader Problem

My Crossfader is not working so well.

There was an older post too but there was no fix for it.

Just the left side of the Crossfader is working so that the whole Software Crossfader is compromized to the left side. 

So if I am left i just hear the left deck. if i slide to the middle i hear just the right deck.

But then i am not at the right side of my crossfader...

Is there a software update or factory for that problem.

Same problem witth Djay Pro 2..
