Linking to computer for waveform?
I work tech at a dance club in Denver and we almost exclusively use CDJ-2000's. Before, when the DJ was up in the booth with lighting, we could look over at the waveform to cue up different looks. Now, the DJ has been moved to a different location and we can't see the CDJs. Is there a way to network our CDJs to a computer so we can set up a monitor in our lighting booth and see the audio waveform? Thanks!

Unlikely, unless you are using a DVS system like serato or traktor.
Suggestion, put cameras over the decks and zoom in on the wave form.
@Chris > sorry no, there really isn't a quick, clean solution for you.
I guess the DJ could play from the laptop using Rekordbox which they would browse on their CDJs and, with a long enough cable, you could have the laptop near the light jockey. It's far from ideal for the DJ however.
