j'ai un soucis avec mon NOVISTAR 6 EYES FLOWER LED, je n'ai que des flaches et rien d'autre.

Apologies that we were not able to reply back earlier. 

Do you mean that the fixture is lit only in white? 
If you turn on the third button from right in the Lighting Panel, the fixture can be lit in a color as you wish. 
Please try and let us know if that works?
