Old school dj, new school dj controller issues

Started mixing house music on vinyl 20+ yrs ago.  All i want now is my headphones to match my monitor, everything in sync like it should be.  Please tell me where I need to spend my money.....

lenovo desktop pc, windows 10 pro, i3-7100 @ 3.90 ghz, 64bit, 4gb ram, stock sound card.  

just got new ddj-200 controller, and everything matches SO close, but not exact enough to legitimately match beats, record sets.  I miss my m3ds and vestax mixer :(  

Someone please help me I just want to make mixes like yesteryears. I will invest the money, but want to put it where I need to.
