Sandisk 500GB SSD, Issues being recognized

After I formatted my external SSD to FAT32 and transferred over my playlists, my cdjs asked me to format disk. I've tried Guiformat, Partition Wizard, using my friend's computer, which has the 1TB version of my drive and no issues. My computer and his both see the drive but not the CDJs. Any suggestions? I ran a chkdsk command prompt and made no errors; I'm stumped.

Unfortunately not all drives are created equal; it could simply be that the memory manager of the 500GB drive is incompatible with the USB host chipset of the CDJ. We cannot guarantee compatibility of all drives with all players, so please use a different model drive.

Hey,

I have a sandisk extreme ssd 500gb too , and i have the same problem. I costume to use te aplication mini tool partiton to format in fat32, but every time a format with this program, the cdj dont open the ssd.

I tried a other program the Paragon to format in fat32, with this program the SSD opened normally the CDJ.

Try another program, maybe work for you
