Sound fails during playback

For some reason while using rekordbox with my CDJ350's linked to a DJM 350 mixer the sound can disappear. The cdj's mixer and rekord box are sill working, I have to press play/pause twice for sound to resume.

I have put this down to the software after a day of testing it is only with rekordbox this happens.(works fine with vdj) I prefer rekordbox but in this state it is not reliable enough for performing live at private events.I can not leave the system alone for a toilet break in case. This has been happening since 3 updates ago.

Any help out there.
